Socks!? Why Socks!?
Initially, socks really have nothing at all to do with infertility, but with a deeper, inside look socks can mean a lot to an infertility patient.
Infertility patients spend a lot of time with their feet in stirrups having multiple procedures done... as often as 3-4 times month. Socks are one of the few pieces of clothes women in these situations are allowed to wear. A pair of socks can brighten and put a "sunny" outlook on what would be an extremely uncomfortable situation.
Back in high school I had a pair of lucky socks. They were rainbow, knee high, toe socks. I wore them to all of our orchestra concerts and competitions and they never failed me. I'm hoping I can give women a piece of hope and luck with a pair of lucky socks so they can sock it to infertility!!
